Q: What does a wedding coordinator do and do I need one?
A: A wedding coordinator can be many things- listener, helper, brainstorming partner- but primarily a wedding coordinator is someone with years of experience in planning and carrying out every detail of a wedding to make sure it is exactly what was envisioned.

Q: Why should I use a wedding coordinator?
A: Many couples get married without the assistance of a wedding coordinator but if you talk to those couples many of them will tell you how much stress the planning process was.  A wedding coordinator has experience planning and carrying out weddings and can help you avoid mistakes along the way.  An experienced coordinator has also seen many of the problems that may occur during the course of the day and can quickly act to fix them without the couple even knowing they happened.  Coordinators have professional relationships with many vendors and can recommend those that fit your needs and budget.
Q: What should I expect from Bella Coordinators?
A: Your first impression will be of professionalism, class, and an easy-going personality.  We work under contract with the couple and strive to make sure your experience with us goes beyond what is expected.  Bella Coordinators is a small company that gets to know each couple personally.  You will always have full access to a coordinator and will always know the person that will be helping you on the day of your wedding.
Q: How do I know what package would be best for us?
A: Each package is designed to meet the needs of different types of couples.  Some couples enjoy planning all the details of their wedding but want someone to handle the stress on the day of the wedding so they can enjoy the festivities.  The "Day Of" package is great for this couple.  Some couples are busy with work, family, or schooling and cannot plan all of the details.  The "Guided Planning" or Full packages are good for these couples.  Some couples do not have time to plan a wedding for various reasons.  The Complete package allows these couples to work with the coordinators to give an image of their dream wedding while the coordinators do most or all of the planning.
Q: Do you have references?
A: Yes but they are not published on the website for the privacy of the couples.  Names and contact information can be provided to couples that are looking to use our services.  

Q: Do you have samples of your work?
A: Yes, we have portfolios as well as examples of paperwork for previous weddings.  We do not take pictures of weddings for the privacy of the couples and their guests.  Occasionally couples will provide pictures to us and we have integrated these into our portfolios.  The portfolios are available at any consultations or bridal shows.

Q: My venue has a wedding coordinator.  Why would I need another one?
A: Many venues have wedding coordinators that do a great job of organizing their venue to host your reception.  However, that coordinator will not be available to make sure everyone is ready to walk down the aisle knowing what to do or assist with any problems that may come up with guests or vendors.  Bella Coordinators and other wedding coordinators like us are with you every step of the way.  We work closely with every vendor, including the venue coordinators, to make sure your wedding is a seamless, stressfree event for you to always remember fondly.
