Traditional weddings can be planned in several different packages. Our coordinators can guide you in planning your own wedding or we can take care of everything for you, allowing you to just relax and enjoy this special time.

"Planning Only":
Our coordinators will work one on one with you to plan every aspect of your wedding or just help you fill in the gaps. This package is perfect for the couple that has a vision in mind but is not sure how to make it happen. It is also great for the couple that does not know where to start. Each couple is provided with a custom timeline leading up to the big day. Our coordinators will even go with you to meet vendors. This package does not include "day of" services. Pricing is per hour.
Cost: $20 per hour
"Day of" Services:
Our coordinators will oversee the set-up of the ceremony venue and reception. We will also make sure that all vendors are providing services that you contracted with them and will see that all wedding party members are on time and know what to do. The package also includes ceremony planning and rehearsal attendance if needed. You will meet with our coordinators during the free initial consultation and one time prior to the wedding weekend to go over every detail. Unlimited consultations through email are included in addition to phone conversations as necessary.

Guided Planning:
Our coordinators will help you find names of vendors that will fit into your budget. You pick the vendor and arrange all of the contracts. You will receive timelines from us to keep the bride, groom, and all involved parties (parents, attendants, etc.) on track. We are available for consultations throughout the process and aid in keeping you on a timeline. Two weeks prior to the event we will contact all of the vendors that you have hired to make sure everything is on schedule. The day of the wedding we will oversee the set-up of the ceremony venue and the reception along with making sure that all wedding party members are on time and know what to do. This package also includes ceremony planning and attendance at the rehearsal. Unlimited consultations through email and phone are included.

Complete Package:
Our coordinators will help you find the names of vendor that fit into your budget. The coordinators will arrange appointments for you to meet with the vendors and can accompany you to those meetings. You will get assistance in picking out invitations, the bridal gown, bridesmaids' dresses, tuxedos, accessories, and transportation. The coordinators will help you plan a menu for the reception and the decorations for the reception and ceremony. The coordinators will work with the vendors to meet all of your needs and will check on the status of services two weeks and one week prior to the wedding. You will get assistance in planning the ceremony, attendance by a coordinator at your rehearsal, wedding, and reception, and supervision of the set-up for those events. A Professional Bridal Consultant will be available for you to consult each step of the way and will be available for unlimited consultations. This package includes timelines for all wedding party members and assistance in planning all aspects of your wedding. It can be customized to include more services at an additional cost. That cost will be discussed on an individual basis with each couple.
